Multi-disciplinary project lead for the design and construction of transportation infrastructure in the Puget Sound region, including two $1.9 billion light rail projects.

• Launched efficiency measures, developing tools and procedures that contributed to a major light rail project completing 6 months early and $150M under budget

• Managed the delivery of construction change documents, coordinating with dozens of multi-discipline teams across engineering, project management, construction manage-ment, and permitting to produce critical documents precisely, quickly, and efficiently

• Led initiatives to revamp the agency’s design environment, creating and refining block libraries, design specifications, guidelines, and processes to adapt to a 500% increase in project activity from 2011-2015
